8. Training programmes and commercial representation

Training programmes and continuing-education courses delivered by the firm (CNAE 85.99-6-04 and 85.99-6-99) are governed by their own written enrolment terms, delivered to enrolled participants at the time of registration. Commercial representation activity (CNAE 46.19-2-00) is carried out under written agreements with the counterparties involved and is always disclosed to them. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of admission, a guarantee of examination or programme results, or an authorisation to act as a commercial representative on behalf of the firm.

9. Limitation of liability
